Blais Realtors on May 10th, 1972 in Richmond, New Hampshire opened its doors to the public. It was their hope that through honest hard work that they would be able to meet the real estate needs of their community. After a few years, it became evident that to better serve their customers they needed to move to Keene.

Initially they rented a few rooms at John Boccalini's office on Route 12. However, due to the growth within the industry it was not long before they purchased their own facility. In March of 1988, Blais purchased a ranch just north of their old location on busy route 12, right across from Wilber Brothers' supermarket. This new location gave them more room and came with a commercial addition.

Blais Realtors withstood the instability of changing economic times employing experienced and professional associates to insure their customers satisfaction. May 2002 marked their 30th year serving the people of southwestern New Hampshire. Their current staff of professional realtors incorporate many years of experience and are highly regarded for their knowledge and service to the real estate community.
